Co-President - Thomas Kevin Dolan possesses a wide range of business and life experience, a wealth of imagination and strong connections to his work, family and friends. Thomas has made considerable contributions to his community locally, nationally and internationally.

He has participated and medaled at three Games and served as President and Board Member of Team Vancouver for seven years. His physical education background from the University of Calgary provides the foundation for his sports administration experience.

Thomas helped to bring the world’s first LGBT digital television network to life and in Vancouver , utilizing his consulting expertise, launched Canada ’s largest credit union’s Lesbian & Gay Strategy, which is the only marketing strategy in North America by a financial institution to support the lesbian and gay community.

Thomas owns TKD Management Consulting, a highly successful marketing/consulting firm specializing in LGBT niche marketing. As a Founding Director and Co-President of GLISA and creator of its new sport games brand “Outgames”, Thomas lives to ensure that he makes a significant and lasting difference to his community.

Born in Calgary , Alberta , Thomas has also lived in Toronto , Ontario and Maui , Hawaii and now lives in Vancouver , Canada .
