GLISA is the sanctioning body for the World and Continental OutGames. World OutGames are held every 4 years and Continental OutGames are held in the intervening years in conjunction with 5 partner Continental Associations.

OutGames bring together lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) athletes from around the world in unprecedented numbers for a celebration of sport, culture and human rights. In the spirit of true inclusiveness the OutGames are open to all regardless of sexual orientation.

As the sanctioning body for both World and Continental OutGames, GLISA, offers sponsors/partners ongoing exposure at a global or geographically relevant level.
